Chimes are all hand cut and fused in a kiln. Each wind chime is attached with a fishing swivel, not string so they will turn in the wind and hold up to all kinds of outdoor weather.Because they are made with fishing swivels , they will not fall apart like the stringed ones do. The chimes have been in 30 mile an hour winds with no problems. They are made with two pieces of glass fused together , with a copper ring fused between the two pieces of glass. They also are fun to hang inside as well especially in front of a window or glass sliding doors. The pictures of course do not do the colors of the glass justice. Please note, shapes and sizes of chimes will vary, this is done to get the best sound possible. Please hang your chimes so the glass chimes only hit the glass and not another structure like a wall or a pipe.
Special orders are welcome, as I personally make every wind chime so if you want colors that are not shown just email me. I have had requests for amber and green and amber with dark seafoam green. I can do any color combination as long as I can get the color you want in glass.
